Extremely efficient in their work, very knowledgeable, and if they don't have an exact answer, they will investigate and respond back with the answer in a timely manner.
They were able to double check my previous accountant’s calculations resulting in considerable savings in tax.
They treat you like a human being and not just another number that will earn them money, they are down to earth and happy to TALK rather than only communicate by email.
